- Send your request by email to atic.iihr@icar.gov.in or to Whatsapp : +918217239358 or by submitting Enquiry form.
- Provide your details viz., Name, Address, Contact Number, District, State and Pin Code.
- Contact number and Postal Pin Code are essential for sending the products through parcel service.
- By Post – only solid items are allowed and Rs.100 per kg will be charged. ATIC, IIHR require approximately 5 to 10 days to dispatch the materials from here.
- For large quantity (Bulk purchase) and liquid items – users can select the transport which is providing its services to their location and is operating from Peenya, Bengaluru who is accepting the parcels on To-Pay basis. Purchasing the products through transport service is purely based on the option by the users only. ATIC, IIHR will not recommend any transport Services/Agent. ATIC, IIHR require 2 to 3 weeks to dispatch the materials from here.

Please Note
- After receiving the customer details and their requirements, ATIC Will share the Amount to be paid and the Account to which the amount to be paid (IIHR Account Scan code) to Customers directly either to their email address or to their Whatsapp Account as per their preference.
- After the payment, the customers must share the payment details (Preferably Screen Shot) either to email atic.iihr@icar.gov.in or to Whatsapp +918217239358 for processing and to confirm with us.
- ATIC, ICAR-IIHR will have all its correspondences with the customers either from email id atic.iihr@icar.gov.in or through its Whatsapp Account +918217239358 only. Any other means of communications from other sources in the name of ATIC ICAR-IIHR should be avoided and may please be communicated to us.
